Q: I have been waiting almost a week for my order to update. When will my order come?

A: Please understand that when there is a lot of orders, order update time may be extended to 1-3 weeks. Typically, orders are processed in less than a week. Your order will arrive, so please understand that I am working hard to send you tracking and drop orders off at the post office! Thank you for your patience.

 

Q: I paid for 1-3 day shipping, but it has taken longer than 1-3 days. What do I do?

A: Please note that these are the times that the post office provides to me. This does not mean that your order will arrive in that amount of time after your order is dropped off at the post office. The post office faces thousands of orders per day, and can sometimes face delays.

 

Q: My order was marked as delivered, but it's not here. What do I do?

A: Please wait at least one day before emailing me about a miss-delivered order. The post office is notorious for marking things as delivered and dropping it off the next day.
